Q de bouteilles
Meet Victoire and Gauthier from Northern France, who started their adventure nearly eight years ago.
Victoire has a passion for viticulture and the deep knowledge behind it. Gauthier, coming from a family of entrepreneurs, had an idea after an evening with good friends: to cut a wine bottle in half to create a glass. Where many would have stopped, Gauthier pushed forward. He founded a company, learned the craft just a few kilometers from home in Glass Valley – the world’s leading center for luxury bottles – and invested in a custom-made machine.
The company is based on four core values: emotion, respect, simplicity, and harmony. They create tomorrow’s classics by using recycled materials, with a production process that approaches zero waste. The products have an elemental and functional aesthetic, where recycled materials are processed harmoniously. The main focus is to respect both the history behind the materials and the functionality of the finished products.
Each collection has its own story, each object its unique imprint, and each memory its own fragrance. The products, such as glasses, decanters, and vases, are locally produced in the factory in Le Touquet, France, and are all examples of how sustainable production can be combined with timeless aesthetics and functionality.
